Remote Client Support Representative

This role focuses on assisting clients throughout the credit repair process by answering questions, helping with onboarding, and providing general support communication.

The position is fully remote and training will be provided to ensure you understand our workflow and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client messages and emails
  • Assist with onboarding clients
  • Provide general information about credit services
  • Maintain organized client records
  • Follow up with clients regarding account updates
  • Support administrative tasks for the operations team

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Computer or laptop access
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not required

Work Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities
  • Most team members work between 4–8 hours per day
